We dispatch all our orders once a week, this includes standard orders, subscription orders and wholesale orders.
During busy periods such as Christmas, your orders may face delays and disruptions from courier services. We will however make every effort to dispatch your order on time to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.
Standard delivery is charged by weight and will be calculated at checkout (UK Mainland)
We offer FREE UK Delivery on all wholesale orders.
Subscription orders benefit from FREE UK Delivery on all orders.
All orders will be sent via APC tracked next day delivery (delivery on working days only)
Currently we are experiencing delays due to covid-19 on all orders (estimated delivery 1-5 working days)
Unfortunately, we only deliver to UK Mainland at this current time. If this changes we will let you know.

As all of our coffee is freshly hand-roasted to order, we cannot accept returns/exchanges unless specifically requested by our Customer Service team.

Customers can cancel their order as long as it has not been dispatched. Simply log in to your account and head over to the orders sections for more options.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill out the contact form available here.
