As all of our coffee is freshly hand-roasted to order, we cannot accept returns/exchanges unless specifically requested by our Customer Service team.

Customers can cancel their order as long as it has not been dispatched. Simply log in to your account and head over to the orders sections for more options.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill out the contact form available here.
