DEEP 27 Development Story
The creation of the DEEP 45 dripper stemmed from the concept of achieving a profound filtering layer by narrowing the bottom angle to 45°. However, the 45° angle proved to be optimal for brewing 3 to 7 cups of coffee but not ideal for a single cup.
Following numerous passionate requests from coffee enthusiasts in Japan and abroad who desired a DEEP dripper for single servings, we embarked on research and development to introduce the "DEEP 27" dripper. Our aim is to spread joy among those who relish a single, perfect cup of coffee, whether it's a personal treat or a shared moment with someone special. We hope that DEEP 27 enhances your coffee experience to the fullest.
