This coffee is grown at altitudes of 1800-2000m in the region of Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia. It is of the Mixed Heirloom variety and is processed using carbonic maceration. It is a balanced coffee with fruity notes and makes for a wonderful coffee drinking experience.
